J.S. Hamilton Poland Ltd. provides comprehensive inspection and testing of wide range of dairy products including milk powder, whey powder, raw milk, butter, cheeses, yoghurts etc.

Inspection services

Inspection is usually arranged at dairy plants, in export warehouses and ports of loading, and consists of:

  • Identification of production codes and dates, visual examination of products for their appearance and sampling at a dairy plant
  • Check of quantity, packing and marking for conformity with letters of credit, pro-forma invoices, packing lists and other contractual documentation
  • Analysis of the product for its chemical composition and microbiological condition, in accordance with any standards and contractual specification by own laboratory
  • Supervision of the products arriving at shipping ports warehouses, supervision of containers stuffing, when applicable
  • Supervision of loading on board of sea vessels or other means of transportation as applicable
  • Issuance of Quality Certificates, including Analysis, Quantity, Packing and Marking Certificates, as it may be required by customers

Over the years, J.S. Hamilton Poland Ltd. inspected and certified thousands of tonnes of dairy products exported from Poland, Ukraine and Russia to countries such as Algeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Cuba, Ghana, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey etc.

Laboratory services

Analysis of dairy products are performed in own accredited laboratory, equipped with a range of modern equipment and provides services in a comprehensive scope of organic, inorganic, sensory and microbiological analysis, such as:

  • food contaminants determination (heavy metals, pesticides, dioxins, mycotoxines, veterinary drugs residues etc)
  • microbiological examination
  • composition and nutrition value
  • allergens and GMO
  • sensory analysis
  • consumer testing
