Importance of Sampling

Proper sampling of a product has a paramount impact on its quality evaluation and analysis. A sample has to be representative for a lot of a product so that results of its analysis reflect quality of inspected commodities.

Our Qualifications

Our surveyors have full qualifications for drawing samples of various commodities whether agriculture, mineral, liquid or gases in accordance with Polish and international standards and methods in this respect.

Sampling Equipment

Samples of various products are taken by means of professional and certified sampling equipment. Sampling takes place in full compliance with prevailing Health & Safety regulations.

Samples Protection and Transportation

Dependant of a product's nature a sample it is contained in an adequate bag/container which ensures maintaining of its original properties. Each sample is labeled and secured/sealed so that it cannot be replaced and/or falsified. Original samples are delivered to the laboratory for analysis and their duplicates retained in our archives. Sample entering the laboratory is registered and coded by a unique internal code, so that its origin remains unknown to laboratory's personnel.

We ensure transportation of samples in proper conditions, specific to a particular kind of a product.
