There was a huge recall to our seminar concerning actual problems of food quality and safety control that was held on 28th of September 2007. It is worth to be mentioned that the seminar was organized in cooperation with highly respectable French Société Scientifique d'Hygiène Alimentaire (SSHA) in Paris, which celebrated 100th anniversary of activity few years ago.
The lectures were presented by the biggest Polish authorities in this field, represented such institutes as National Institute of Hygiene, National Food and Nutrition Institute, Food Enzymes and Allergens Department of Polish Academy of Sciences and Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute and, moreover by the French specialist from the Institut Supérieur de l'Alimentation, in Paris. Between all 51 participants, that filled up the conference room in Hotel “Rezydent” in Sopot, we could find representatives from largest producers and distributors in food industry in Poland.
We hope the lectures, as well as the following discussions, gave our guests answers to many doubts concerning practical approach to food quality and safety control.
